On December 10, Moscow will host the first meeting of the 3 + 3 regional cooperation platform proposed by Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan and Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev, which aims to establish lasting peace and stability in the South Caucasus, AzVison.az reports citing the Turkish Foreign Ministry.
"Turkey will be represented at the meeting at the level of Deputy Foreign Ministers of Turkey, Azerbaijan, Armenia, the Russian Federation, and Iran, chaired by Deputy Foreign Minister, Ambassador Sadat Onal," the ministry noted.
